Hilliker Heat (Winter Swim)

I wanted to share information on the start of the season for the Hilliker Heat YMCA swim team. The first practice is Monday 10/12, but it is not too late to join! Check out the information below from Matt Evans (Hilliker YMCA Executive Director).
Good afternoon,
We are excited for another season with the Hilliker Heat! We are welcoming back Kenzie and Joey Bechtel as our veteran coaches. Both bring experience, passion, and a love for swimming, and we are excited to see them hit the ground running and lead our team this season.
Registration is Open!

Under Programs, look for Swim Team.
Don't let the registration cost keep your child from participating. If paying the full registration fee up front is difficult, we can split the payment into four easy payments. Just stop by the front desk or reach out to us for more details.
Parents Meeting – Next Monday
Next Monday, we will hold a parents meeting before practice (6:15 PM).
We will meet in the Multipurpose Room first, so please do not have your swimmer get in the pool right away. We want everyone to have the opportunity to meet the coaches, hear about the upcoming season, and learn what the Hilliker Heat will look like this year.
Try Us Out – First Week FREE!
Still not sure if your child wants to join the team?
No problem!
Next week, we are giving swimmers the opportunity to try swim team for FREE. Let them come out, meet the coaches, meet the team, and “test the water” before making the commitment.
We are excited about this upcoming season and can't wait to see some familiar faces back on the pool deck — along with some new ones!
