Swim Families -

This week is our final week as a full team and I need your help!! Swimmers MUST be marked as attending/not attending for all of our remaining meets no later than TUESDAY, 7/4... so just go in and do it right now =) 

I will need to complete entries for our Tipp reschedule by Wednesday morning, our upcoming home meet by Thursday afternoon, and Championship entries must be turned in on Sunday, 7/9 so it is crucial that all available swimmers are listed asap. So much info is below, please read through all of it and sign swimmers up for meets they plan to attend.

• Practices this week 
  • Monday/Wednesday 10U 10-11A, 11+ 11-12
  • **Wednesday 10U 5-6, 11+ 6-7 (we added Wednesday evening as there are no practices Tuesday July 4th or Thursday due to the rescheduled meet)
• Tipp Reschedule Info
  • Thursday, 7/6 - Arrive 6:30, No warm ups, Worker Meeting 6:45, Races at 7
  • Anyone is welcome to enter into the meet - no entries will be carried over from the previous set. Please use the event "Rescheduled @ Tipp" to sign up.
  • I adjusted our timer slots a little as we will not have a full 1st half of the meet. Please help out if possible. We understand that there are situations where only one parents is at a meet with multiple young kids and simply cannot volunteer, but aside from those special situations we really do need every family, every meet in order to fill all 20+ jobs. You have no idea how much I appreciate volunteers!!
• Saturday, 7/8 - Home v Minster
  • Arrive by 7:40, Team Picture #2 7:50, Warm Up 8 A, Worker Meeting 8:15, Races 8:30 A
• Championships @ Versailles Saturday, 7/15 (8 A - Approx. 1 PM)
  • Entries are limited to 2 per event which ends up being approximately 8-10 swimmers per age group. In some age groups this means every available swimmer will get to compete, but in others not everyone will be entered and in this case entries are based on times. It is our league rule that to compete at Championships the swimmers must have attended 2 meets prior.
  • When signing up, you will simply choose available/not available as coaches will dictate entries for this meet based upon times and best opportunity to perform as a team. I will not enter a swimmer who isn't listed as available.
