Swim Families -

THANK YOU for another successful meet!! I appreciate all of our volunteers and help getting swimmers to their events. 

• Below are the results from the meet. As a heads up, the file they sent does not show swimmers who were DQ'd, so if a swimmer is missing from an event they were likely disqualified based on technique. I have DQ slips and will happily share reasons for DQ's as requested. Also, when it comes to team score, keep in mind that in age group swimming team size is the primary factor for total points scored. Each of our first two meets we had around 50 out of our 110 swimmers and the host team had over 100 competing so no need to worry about the overall score. Ribbons from the first two meets will be available at practice this week. Please let me know if you have questions. Results @ Botkins 6/16
• As a reminder, entries for our home meet next Saturday, June 25th are due by Tuesday, 6/21 at noon. We also plan to take a team picture before warming up that day - we will take and share the photo for free (no order forms). Arrive 7:30, Team Picture: 7:45A, Warm up: 8 A, Races 8:30 (finished by noon)
• Finally, next week practice options are Monday/Wednesday 10 A - 12 P and Tuesday/Thursday 5 - 7 P. We continue to encourage swimmers to check out some videos of each stroke and keep giving it their all.
