Swim Families -

Get ready for information overload! This email contains an entry by name list for our meet this Saturday, July 10th at home vs Troy. Please look over the list and contact Coach Lewis with any questions. 

A couple quick notes - Reese Stidam will swim with the girls 8U free relay (#45) and Dylan Valerio will swim with the 13-14 free relay - these can't be entered into the computer program but each allow more swimmers a chance at a relay.

Final entry lists along with the heat sheet will be out Friday afternoon. We plan to take a second team picture first thing Saturday morning (8 AM) as several families missed out on our last team picture. Arrive 7:50, Team picture 8 AM, Warm Up 8:15 A, Worker meeting 8:30 A, Races 8:45, Finish around noon.

Within the next day or so you will receive initial entries for Championships. Championship entries are limited so it is possible that an available swimmer will not fit into the meet - all entry decisions will be based on times. I know it can be confusing receiving entries for multiple meets back to back but I will do my best to be clear with all of the info coming out. Championship workers and entries get turned in Monday, 7/12 so I have to work ahead. If you have not declared availability for Champs please do so ASAP - this will close tonight!
