Here is an updated entry list with accurate heat/lane assignments by swimmer name - there were some adjustments so please check this list carefully. Updated Entry List

Here is the heat sheet for tomorrow's meet. There will be some events combined and this will be marked on the heat sheet hanging up (these sheets will be hung on the back fence or the building near the deep end of the pool). Heat Sheet 6/19/21

A couple notes for tomorrow:

• Arrive by 8 AM & check in using the posted lists (just place a checkmark by the swimmer name)
• Team warm up will be at 8:15 A
• Worker Meeting at 8:30 A (near the computer table/tent)
• Races start at 8:45 A & the meet should finish by around noon.
• I need some help getting lane lines into the water starting around 7:50 - this is a job for older swimmers as the race lane lines are somewhat heavy/difficult to swim across. Please send any swimmers willing to help to find Coach Lewis when they arrive.
• WEATHER - the weather for Saturday is looking as unpredictable as ever. With Minster traveling an hour to swim with us we would make any decision to cancel the meet very early. If that were to be necessary I would send out an email through swimtopia and a message via remind - so please check before heading to the meet. We really want to get the meet in, if at all possible, because the way our league schedules there really isn't an opportunity to make a meet up. Be prepared for rain and cooler morning temps! We will continue the meet unless there is extremely heavy rain or thunder/lightning. 
• Finally, we are a bit low on coaches this weekend so please be patient and help each other out! The bullpen will be directly behind the blocks - please make sure swimmers report to the bullpen when their event number is called and all should go well. Together we will have a great meet!
