Below you will find the heat sheet for championships and an entry by name list (with accurate heats and lanes). Please let me know ASAP if a listed swimmer will not be at championships for any reason as I have many swimmers who can step in if we know a hole will exist.

Our team warms up at 7:50 AM and swimmers should arrive by 7:30 AM. The meet is projected to finish around 3 PM. 

It is going to be very hot Saturday so please bring lots of drinks and pop up tents are encouraged. All team camps will be located outside of the pool area. 

Also - we need LOTS of workers. The league all brings workers to this meet and we need to do our part. We still need the following jobs filled - please sign up through our website or respond to this email.

1 first half timer

1 50/50 seller

2 first half bullpen workers

2 second half bullpen workers

1 Heat Winner Ribbon distributer (first half)

1 second half official

1 second half runner (collect DQ slips and time slips and bring them to computer)

Also, mark your calendars - our awards will be held at 5 PM on Monday, July 29th at the shelter across from the pool. We will have a quick awards presentation with snacks and desserts to share and then swimmers can go to the pool to have some fun swim time!
