Swim Families -

I believe I have correctly added swimmers, updated events, and adjusted relays based on swimmers needing to leave early or being added to the meet. Please check one more time and again let me know if you have any questions. Updated Troy Entries

I cannot stress enough the importance of your help with entries. Please be sure to declare your swimmer(s) as "attending" for any meet they wish to participate. If for any reason you are unable to sign up your swimmer for a meet make sure to contact Coach Lewis via email or remind so that I can enter the athlete - this should only occur if you are unable to declare attendance via team signup - Meet Sign Up. Requesting events is optional. Entries for our next meet will be due by Monday, June 17th by 11 pm. Additionally, thank you for checking entries so we can catch errors together - please continue to do this!

Meet Reminders:

Address: 460 Staunton Road, Troy

Arrive by 8 AM, Warm Up 8:15 AM, Races start at 8:30 AM.

I will send out the heat sheet as soon as I receive it so that families can find heats & lanes prior to the meet.

Workers: We are still looking for 2 bullpen workers for the 2nd half (help swimmers line up in correct heats/lanes prior to moving up to the blocks) and 2 second half timers (starting at event 47). Most morning meets finish between noon and 1. Thank you so much to everyone who has already signed up to work!

**8 & Under swimmers finish about halfway through the meet. Any parent of only 8 & under swimmers who signs up to work will only be asked to work during the first half. **

There will be athlete check in and worker check in sheets posted in our team area at the meet. Please simply check mark names as you arrive. 

Swimmers will want to bring their suit, cap, goggles, multiple towels, snacks, and activities to occupy the time between events. Returning families please help us guide new families through these first couple meets!
