Swim Families -

Attached to this email you will find the individual entries for the Urbana meet. Please check these entries and let me know ASAP if you want any changes/additions. At this meet swimmers may compete in all 4 individual events if they want. This is the first time I have attempted to merge the website information with our team management program so I am anticipating errors - please help me find these! Also, due to the quick turnaround between our parent meeting and the entry deadline I will add swimmers through 9 PM tonight if you email or text (remind) requests. 

Meet information:

• Location: Urbana Pool - 731 Children's Home Road, Urbana, OH 43078
• Arrive by 5 PM, Warm Up 5:15 PM, Meet Starts 5:45 PM
• Please check in swimmers & workers through the sheets we post at the meet. 
• Swimmers will want to have plenty of towels, caps & goggles, drinks & snacks, and warm clothes. This meet should move quickly due to only having 25's and will be a great way to start competition for our team! Swimmers may choose to dive from the blocks, side, or start each race in the water. We know practice has been limited but are excited to help our swimmers through this first meet so they can better understand the purpose behind practice.

Thank you all so much for getting your swimmers signed up and for filling our volunteer positions quickly!! Let me know of any changes needed to these individual entries. I will create relays (based on age and times from previous seasons) and send the relays with the final entry list.
